The leaders' summit of the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15) kicked off on Tuesday in Kunming, Southwest China's Yunnan Province.    Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech via video link at the summit, calling on countries around the world to join hands and start a new journey of high-quality development of humanity.
