Editor's Note:
Shanghai is bracing itself for a travel peak on September 28 as the highly anticipated Golden Week holidays approach. From September 27 to October 8, the bustling Hongqiao Hub is expected to handle 8.66 million passenger trips, with the majority opting for railway travel at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. As the holiday spirit fills the air, Shanghai's two major airports are also preparing for a surge in daily passenger flow, projected to be 1.3 times higher than last year.
