A three-day fair celebrating the Spring Festival will be open to the public from Friday to Sunday at the Shanghai West Bund Dome Art Center. The market will showcase over 300,000 potted flowers, large-scale floral installations, traditional festive food, as well as activities for children like writing blessings and making sugar figurines.
