On January 23, southern regions in China celebrated the traditional Chinese Xiaonian festival, which marks the start of the countdown to Chinese New Year. The Shanghai Railway Station was bustling with passengers. Currently, all four major train stations in Shanghai have entered a round-the-clock operation mode, with waiting rooms open 24 hours a day.
