The opening ceremony of China’s first Embodied Artificial Intelligence Robot Games kicked off on Friday in Wuxi, East China’s Jiangsu Province. As the country’s first comprehensive sports event for embodied intelligence and humanoid robots, the event brings together over 100 robot-related enterprises and tech innovation teams to compete in 10 categories. These include athletic challenges such as sprinting, off-road racing, football, basketball, and dancing, as well as application-focused contests like material handling, intelligent grasping, and indoor rescue scenarios.
