The Beijing qualifier for the 2025 National Cultural Heritage Vocational Skills Competition was held on May 26, 2025. The event featured six categories: metal relic restoration, ceramic relic restoration, paper and painting restoration, wood relic restoration, brick and tile relic restoration, and archaeological excavation. A total of 237 participants from 44 institutions took part, competing through both written exams and hands-on assessments. Based on their performance, 30 individuals were awarded for excellence.
