The 2025 Mobile World Congress (MWC) Shanghai is held in Shanghai’s Pudong New Area from June 18 to 20. Under the MWC main theme of “Converge, Connect, Create,” attendees and exhibitors gather for an agenda of keynote sessions, conference tracks and tech innovations focused on the event’s four themes: 5G Inside, AI+, connected industries and connected enablers. MWC Shanghai is Asia’s largest and most influential event for the connectivity ecosystem, according to its organizer Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA). According to the GSMA’s Mobile Economy Asia Pacific 2024 report, the mobile industry is expected to contribute over $1 trillion to the Asia Pacific economy by 2030.
