The exhibition titled “A story of gardens Ⅶ – a journey between north and south relocating treasures for perpetuity” recently opened at the Summer Palace in Beijing. The exhibition centers on the historical events of relocating Summer Palace cultural relics to the south from 1933 to 1951. By showcasing 160 precious artifacts that have withstood the trials of war, it intricately depicts the journey of safeguarding national treasures, marked by hardships and challenges during their relocation.
