Recently, the used chairs from the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War in Beijing have been progressively installed in major parks, schools, and other public space across Beijing, effectively facilitating the recycling of public resources.
At Shougang International Convention and Exhibition Center, rows of red chairs were securely installed, providing convenient resting spots for visitors during the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS). The Beijing Municipal Forestry and Parks Bureau received over 4,700 green chairs, which were distributed across green areas such as the Taoranting Park and the Yuyuantan Park. (Photo: Li Hao/GT)
