On December 22, the "Chen-Xia Study," established by the Capital Library of China to house books donated by Chen Pingyuan and Xia Xiaohong, professors of Peking University's Department of Chinese Language and Literature, officially opened to the public. The initial donation includes 13,000 volumes, primarily comprising personal works, edited collections, research materials, and signed books gifted by academic peers.
