To commemorate Human Moon Landing Day, the Beijing Planetarium kicked off a moon-themed week called "Exploring the Lunar Palace" on July 20. Visitors can look forward to a host of attractions, including the Moon Treasures exhibition featuring samples from China's Chang'e-5 mission, the interactive Lunar South Pole Resource Station, and a rare opportunity to see actual lunar samples returned by Chang'e-5 — displayed together with a life-sized replica of the Yutu rover. The planetarium will also organize a series of moon-themed activities, such as guided knowledge tours, fun interactive sessions, and in-depth reading programs, all designed to lead visitors toward a more thorough understanding of the moon.
