China marked its 18th National Fitness Day on Saturday with a full slate of themed activities held at the National Olympic Sports Center in Beijing. Featuring nine themed sections, the sports gala drew approximately 15,500 participants. Training venues and equipment used by China’s national sports teams were opened to the public free of charge for the first time.
