The 10th China Traditional Opera Culture Week opened at Beijing Garden Expo Park on Tuesday. This year marks the first year of the three-year action plan for opera revitalization. Built around a youth-oriented, international, life-oriented and platform-based development model, the event brings together opera performers from four generations, from veterans to children, while integrating technological innovation, cross-city collaboration and diverse formats spanning culture, commerce, tourism, sports and exhibitions. During the event, an AI digital human host named “Xibao” teamed up with a real-life presenter to host the program, while “mecha martial arts performers” shared the stage with human actors.
