Honghe Wetland Scenic Area
The Honghe Wetland Scenic Area is located in Weishan Lake in east Shandong Province's Tengzhou city. With a total area of 90 square kilometers, it is one of the largest and beautiful wetlands in northern China.
Weishan Lake has a lakeshore line of 55 kilometers and is rich in biological resources. There are more than 100,000 mu (a Chinese unit of area equal to 1/15 of a hectare or 1/6 of an acre) of wild red lotus and dozens of mu of bulrushes in the area.
With clean water and blue skies, as well as a delightful climate, the Honghe Wetland Scenic Area has become a modern resort combining tourism and recreation. It is a national AAAA scenic spot and a national wetland park.

Xinghu National Wetland Park
In Guangdong Province's Zhaoqing city is the Xinghu National Wetland Park. It is the first national nature reserve and one of the world’s first biosphere reserves in China.
Form lakes and wetlands, to vast virgin forests and semi-tropical jungles, the area has multiple landforms which form a biological ecosystem rich in plants and animals.

Xixi Wetland Park in Hangzhou
Hangzhou, the capital of east China's Zhejiang Province has the Xixi Wetland Park, which is less than five kilometers away from the West Lake. This wetland park became even more popularity after the Feng Xiaogang-directed Chinese blockbuster If You Are the One, where scenes of the movie were filmed here.
With a beautiful ecological environment and a rich culture, it is equally as famous as the West Lake or Xiling Bridge. The park is the first and only national wetland park to integrate multi-functional uses like urban use, farming and cultural activities.

Qinhu National Wetland Park
The Qinhu National Wetland Park is in the central part of Jiangsu Province. It is the second-largest national wetland park in China, with an area of 26 square kilometers.
As the size of the lakes and rivers cover 37 percent of the whole area, it has also been named as "The pearl of water towns".
