sugar craving/ 嗜糖 / (shì tánɡ )

B: This type of diet will make you absorb too much sugar, which isn't good for your health.

这样的饮食会让你摄入过量糖分,对身体不好。

A: I'm a person who has a sugar craving. In life, I favor sweet foods, and also when I'm feeling bad, I like to eat sweets to cheer me up.

我是一个嗜糖的人,生活中我总是偏爱甜食,而且心情不好的时候吃点甜食会变得开心。

(wǒshì yīɡè shìtánɡ derén, shēnɡhuó zhōnɡ wǒ zǒnɡshì piānài tiánshí, érqiě xīnqínɡ bùhǎo de shíhòu chīdiǎn tiánshí huì biàndé kāixīn.)

B: Taking in too much sugar will cause people to age faster. The desire for sugar could possibly originate with a blood sugar imbalance. If your body lacks zinc, calcium and other minerals it will also cause a desire for sugar.

过度摄入糖分会让人衰老得更快,对于糖的渴望很可能源于血糖不平衡。身体缺乏锌,钙等物质也会造成对糖的渴望。

(ɡuòdù shèrù tánɡfēn huì rànɡrén shuāilǎo dé ɡènɡkuài, duìyú tánɡde kěwànɡ hěn kěnénɡ yuányú xuètánɡ bù pínɡhénɡ. shēntǐ quēfáxīn, ɡài děnɡ wùzhì yěhuì zàochénɡ duì tánɡ de kěwànɡ.)

A: Putting it that way, I should really pay more attention to my health.

这样来说我真当该关注自己的身体健康了。
