In 2020, a total of 2,379 inbound and outbound China-Europe freight trains were inspected at Erenhot Port in Erenhot, North China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, up 53.3 percent year-on-year and a record high. Erenhot is the largest land port between China and Mongolia, and an important port for China-Europe freight trains.
