feeling of being a little girl/ 少女感/ (shǎonǚɡǎn)

A: I discovered that the older I get, the more I like clothes with pastel colors, dislike wearing heavy makeup and enjoy wearing backpacks that look like a student.

我发现自己年级越大,越喜欢穿颜色粉嫩的衣服,不爱化浓妆,喜欢背学生气的双肩包。

(wǒ fāxiàn zìjǐ niánjí yuè dà, yuè xǐhuān chuān yánsè fěnnèn de yīfú, bùài huà nónɡzhuānɡ, xǐhuān bèi xuéshēnɡ qì de shuānɡjiān bāo.) 

B: You know, maybe you are chasing after the feeling of being a little girl.

A: Maybe. But I think "the feeling of being a little girl" may be admired, but it is also a controversial topic.  

也许是吧,但是我觉得"少女感"虽然备受推崇,但是也是一个值得争议的话题。

B: Why do you say that? Isn't it a common phenomenon?

你为什么这么说呢？这现象不普遍吗？

A: It is very likely to turn into a requirement for women, or even chains. For instance, recently a woman star became controversial because she played a role that was much younger than her true age. I feel very sorry for her.

它可能变成一种对女性的要求,甚至是枷锁。比如,最近有个女明星,因拍戏时扮演比自己真实年级小很多的角色而被开玩笑。我很同情她。
