From a holy bronze tree to a gold mask, both unearthed at China's Sanxingdui Ruins, the Journey fashion show by Chinese designer Xiong Ying has arranged an East meets West trip at the ongoing China International Fashion Week in Beijing.

A total of 12 collections inspired by natural wonders and China's traditional embroidery for the 2021 Autumn and Winter from the fashion house Heaven Gaia were unveiled at the show.

The highlight comes from one of the designs Fusang Holy Tree, that exists only in ancient tales. The head accessory was inspired by a holy bronze tree that was one of the great discoveries at China's Sanxingdui Ruins, according to the designer, who hopes to inherit Chinese tradition as well as absorb elements from Western art.
