From Jordan to Turkey, anti-Israeli protests and rallies were held in many countries in the Middle East on Monday, amid the escalation of violent clashes between Israel and the Palestinians in East Jerusalem, Gaza Strip and other Palestinian cities.

The protesters voiced solidarity with the Palestinians and denounced Israel's violation of the rights of the Palestinians in East Jerusalem by imposing restrictions on Muslims' prayers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque and planning to evict some Palestinians families from the disputed city.
