The TV show Churuzhichangdewomen (We are beginners in workplaces) went to the campus of Communication University of China to get closer with young students who care about applying for jobs and real workplaces, and one of the show's guests was Dong Mingzhu, chairwoman of Chinese home appliance giant Gree.

The session was held on Wednesday and Wen Hai, the producer of the show, as well as two interns in the show attended.

The producer talked about how the show aims to reflect social issues and solve social problems. There are more than 800 million people in workplaces in China, so the show focuses on the relations in workplaces and tries to provide a guidebook for employees.

Leng Song, director of the Global Communication Research Center at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, told the Global Times that the show means a lot to new workers as it can help save their time. They can find out what is right and wrong when they work and how to get along with leaders as well as colleagues.

Dong told interns about her experiences and one of interns shared the information with students of the university on Wednesday.

The show runs on Mongo TV and many netizens look forward to learning more workplace tips from the show.
