Nature is always a good starting point for children to showcase their talents from sports to arts. To this end, the Rehe Valley in North China's Hebei Province is hosting a forest art exhibition with paintings from children.

According to Zhao Mengyuan from the Hongkun Museum of Fine Art, the outdoor space was made for children, who always enjoy direct contact with nature.

"Every artwork from them remind me of the breathing of the breeze, the sound of wind and more," she said.

The ongoing exhibition features 100 artworks by 50 children selected from among 221 candidates, according to the judging panel.
