A firm in Southwest China's Chongqing Municipality provided a 33-meter-tall building rooftop with an area of 20,000 square meters to its employees for planting vegetables, triggering discussions among Chinese netizens.

An employee from the company said each employee could apply for an area to plant vegetables or crops via lottery, which is a good way to connect employees together. Some young employees said they had never grown crops before, but the "air farm" gave them a chance to gain the experience.

The vegetables and crops can basically meet one family's demand. Many netizens praised the company's design, with some saying this kind of activity is good for team building.
