A: Did you know that a conflict between a consumer and merchant online has sparked a lot of debate?

B: Yeah. In this situation, consumers definitely should call the consumer complaint hotline to protect their rights.

A: Agree, generally speaking, after the rights protection, it is the merchants who compensate the consumers.
