China's CPI rose 2.3%, PPI up 12.9% in November: NBS

China's consumer price index (CPI), the main gauge of inflation, rose 2.3% in Nov year-on-year, expanding from a 1.5% increase in Oct, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed Thursday.
