A symphony suite inspired by the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games that has the theme of "a date with ice and snow," has debuted in Beijing on Tuesday.
The symphony concert consists of five sections that depict various winter sports events at the Games through music. It also seeks to show the charm of the double Olympics city by incorporating Chinese aesthetics into the symphony.

The symphony suite was composed by veteran composers Zheng Junsheng and Zheng Junli to deliver the major theme "Together for a Shared Future," which is also reflected in the spirit of Beijing 2022.
The symphony performance embraces international audiences, including journalists from media outlets in Japan, South Korea and Vietnam attended the concert to celebrate the Games through art.
Jiao Feihu, the young conductor of the symphony expressed to media saying that it is very rare that a large-scale symphonic performance has ever been created to touch on the Winter Olympic Games.
The show was held at the Forbidden City Concert Hall in Beijing. It will be delivered by the Beijing Symphony Orchestra, which it has 45 years of histories, and it is one of China's most popular and international influential orchestras.
After the debut in Beijing, it will continue to promote the spirit of the Beijing Games on a national tour that is set to run until August.
