Yuanlong Yato, one of Beijing 2022's authorized merchandise manufacturers, said on Wednesday via an investor interaction platform that the company is rushing to ensure on-time delivery for Bing Dwen Dwen products.

Yuanlong Yato said the sales volume for Bing Dwen Dwen merchandise which includes figurines, dolls, keychains and thermo cups have skyrocketed since the beginning of 2022, and that significant demand has led to longer wait times for consumers.

The manufacturer is now at full capacity aiming to shorten the delivery period for backordered products. The company said the 30 to 45 days presell period on the Olympics official store on Chinese e-commerce platform T-mall covers the entire manufacturing process.
