Palestinian fishermen go fishing in the Gaza sea in a bid to earn some money to keep their families afloat.

About 4,000 Palestinian fishermen live in the Gaza Strip, and 40,000 Gazans work in professions directly or indirectly related to fishing, according to Gaza-based Fishermen's Syndicate.

The besieged enclave, home to more than 2 million, has been under a tight Israeli blockade since 2007.
