Recently, the Belgian Ambassador to China Dr. Jan Hoogmartens took part in the Ambassador's Kitchen program of Jiangsu TV to introduce Belgian gastronomy to Chinese audience. Participants were also allowed to cook some Belgian dishes themselves. In addition to its famous chocolate, beer and fries, Belgian cuisine is known for its generosity and special flavors.
