As the Spring Festival approaches, the company has put in place plans to address the challenge of securing power supply during the festival. Various departments and power supply stations in the county have conducted comprehensive inspections on 826 lines and 48 substations. Technologies including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) intelligent inspection, infrared temperature measurement, and remote video monitoring have been employed to examine tree barriers along the power lines, overheating at wire junctions, and defects in tower foundations and stay wires. Moreover, a total of 331 hidden hazards and defects have been eliminated through working without power interruption and midnight overhaul, effectively improving the quality of power supply.

Simultaneously, with migrant workers returning home for the Spring Festival, the company has mobilized staff to review customer information and proactively visit returning workers, thereby promptly learning about their electricity needs, soliciting feedback, and addressing concerns in person. During the inspections, company staff intensified the promotion of electric safety, handing out over 8,000 convenience service cards complete with the auspicious Chinese character "Fu," and promoting online payment through the app of State Grid Corporation of China. This initiative allows returning migrant workers to access convenient and efficient power services at home. (Zhang Shanwei, Li Xiaodong)
