China's first security industry model that realizes the real-world application of artificial intelligence (AI) was officially released on Wednesday, according to internet security company 360 Security Technology.

The model leverages high-quality security professional and event data as its corpus, and emphasizes concrete and specific security challenge scenarios to facilitates a deeper integration of big-model capabilities into security.

The framework of the model also refers to the operating logic of the human brain, Pan Jianfeng, chief scientist and CTO of 360 Security Technology, said at a news conference held by the company on Wednesday.

With its advantages in data, knowledge and computing strengths, the model trains five functional centers - language, planning, differentiation, morality and memory - according to a press release from 360 Security Technology.

Another methodology is to provide an error correction and feedback mechanism via a variety of security products and tools to continuously enhance the capabilities of the model.

Pan said that the security industry faces challenges in terms of coordination between different products, insufficient capabilities of products, low operational efficiency and a lack of security experts. Existing large models cannot tackle these problems and security models have to adopt new paths and new methods.

This is the third version of the company's security model. The first version was released in August 2023.

Zhou Hongyi, founder and chairman of 360 Security Technology, said last year that the model can assist in attack and defense decision-making. It can also combine with 360's existing security products to improve the services.
