This year marks the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Tanzania, as well as marks the 60th year of China's medical team serving in Zanzibar.    

Recently, the medical team was featured in the ninth episode of the reality show Divas Hit the Road, which showcased their efforts in Tanzania. Members of the show visited the team's base, experiencing their daily life and participating in health outreach programs at local schools. At the base, the sight of the Chinese flag flying high symbolized the enduring commitment of the medical team. 

Over the decades, generations of Chinese medical professionals have provided not only essential medical supplies but also advanced healthcare training, establishing local medical teams. Thanks to their guidance, local doctors are now capable of performing a variety of surgical procedures independently.
