On-site videos from the Chinese Ministry of Natural Resources show that human-induced environmental damage from illegal fishing activities in the Philippines is one of the key contributors to the decline of the coverage areas of reef-building corals on the reef flats of China’s Tiexian Jiao and Niu’e Jiao in the #SouthChinaSea.
