Driver in crash that killed 5 Chinese near Yellowstone had blood alcohol level twice legal limit: reports

The driver of the pickup truck involved in a crash with a tour van near Yellowstone National Park in early May, which killed five Chinese citizens and injured eight others, had a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit, local police in Idaho said Saturday, according to CCTV News on Sunday.
The driver, identified previously as Isaih Moreno of Humble, Texas, had a blood alcohol content of 0.20, Idaho State Police said in a statement. The limit is 0.08, AP reported.
Five Chinese citizens were killed and eight others injured in the traffic accident on May 1 evening, the Chinese Consulate General in San Francisco confirmed on May 2, Xinhua News Agency reported.
The accident occurred on a highway near Henry's Lake State Park, about 26 km west of Yellowstone National Park, the Idaho State Police said in a press release, according to Xinhua.
