对此，外交部发言人毛宁表示，我想强调的是，在国际事务中，中国是坚持和平发展、合作共赢的坚定力量。我们始终相信只有互利共赢才是人心所向。所谓“中国间谍威胁”完全是无中生有，中国是间谍活动的受害者，我们一贯坚决反对间谍活动，也敦促有关方面停止炒作对立对抗，停止编造谎言、蓄意抹黑。
