Coinciding with the 2025 China-Eurasia Expo, the Tacheng Prefecture Industrial Park Investment Promotion and Project Signing Ceremony was held in Urumqi, Xinjiang on June 27.

The event was hosted by the CPC Tacheng Prefecture Committee and the Tacheng Prefecture Administrative Office, under the theme "Silk Road Energy Hub · Tacheng Manufacturing the Future." It comprehensively showcased Tacheng's strategic blueprint for seizing four major opportunities—"development and opening-up, large-scale new energy development, mineral resource transformation, and leapfrog development"—accelerating the construction of "five zones," implementing the "10 major projects," and building a "5+2" modern industrial system. The ceremony aimed to explore mutually beneficial cooperation and chart a new chapter for Tacheng's industrial prosperity.

The event was attended by over 400 participants, including representatives from the Liaoning Provincial Department of Commerce, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Department of Commerce, Development and Reform Commission, Department of Industry and Information Technology, Xinjiang Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and domestic and international guest enterprises.

In his address, Aydin Toliuhan, Deputy Secretary of the Tacheng Prefecture Party Committee and Commissioner of the Administrative Office, stated that Tacheng Prefecture is a "treasure trove" for resource transformation with solid foundations for industrial development; a "bridgehead" for development and opening-up with international markets within reach; an "escort vessel" for enterprise growth with a sincere and comprehensive business environment; and an "ideal city" for entrepreneurship and living where poetry and distant dreams coexist. Today's Tacheng is in a golden period of concentrated policy dividend release and comprehensive industrial upgrading acceleration. Choosing Tacheng means choosing to resonate with national strategies, deeply integrate with hundred-billion-level markets, and walk alongside unlimited development opportunities. We sincerely welcome entrepreneurs and professionals from all sectors to visit Tacheng for tourism, inspection, negotiation, and investment, to personally experience Tacheng's infinite charm and development potential, and join hands with the people of Tacheng to create an even brighter future.
