郭嘉昆对此表示，我们注意到有关报道，中国驻日本使馆第一时间向日方表明关切，正在进一步核实情况，我们敦促日方采取有效措施保障中国公民安全。

Guo responded that “we have noted the relevant reports.” He stated that the Chinese Embassy in Japan immediately expressed its concern to the Japanese side and is further verifying the situation. “We urge the Japanese side to take effective measures to ensure the safety of Chinese citizens,” the spokesperson said.
