Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei posted on social media platform X in Chinese, Persian and English about China-Iran relations on Sunday local time. 

Khamenei said that Iran and China are two countries with ancient civilizations on the two sides of Asia that have the power to create a transformation in the region and the world. Implementing all the various dimensions of the strategic partnership agreement will help to pave the way for this.

Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian  will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit 2025, which will be held in Tianjin from August 31 to September 1,  Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Bin said on Friday.
