On September 16, the government of South Korea's Jeju Self-Governing Province conferred the title of "honorary citizen of Jeju Island" to four members of the China Coast Guard (CCG) who rescued Jeju fishermen in distress on May 13 this year, Yonhap News Agency reported on Tuesday.
