China has decided to adjust relevant measures in previous notices of the Working Mechanism of Unreliable Entity List in order to implement the consensus reached during the China-US economic and trade consultations in Kuala Lumpur, China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) said in an official statement on Wednesday.

The country has decided to suspend for one year, starting from November 10, 2025, the relevant measures under the notice of the Working Mechanism of the Unreliable Entity List announced on April 4, and to terminate the relevant measures under the notice of the Working Mechanism of the Unreliable Entity List announced on March 4, said a spokesperson for the MOFCOM.

According to the relevant provisions of the Provisions on the Unreliable Entity List, domestic enterprises may apply to conduct transactions with the aforementioned entities. The Working Mechanism of the Unreliable Entity List will review such applications in accordance with the law and approve those that meet the required conditions, according to the spokesperson.
