外交部发言人林剑主持11月11日例行记者会。会上有记者提问称：我们注意到，11月10日晚，印度首都新德里发生了汽车爆炸事件，造成多人伤亡，目前印方正在对事件进行调查。请问中方对此有何评论？是否有中方人员伤亡？

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian presided over the regular press conference on November 11. A reporter asked: We noted that on the evening of November 10 an automobile explosion occurred in India’s capital, New Delhi, causing multiple casualties, and that Indian authorities are currently investigating the incident. What is China’s comment on this? Were any Chinese personnel among the casualties?

林剑对此表示，中方注意到印度新德里发生爆炸事件的有关报道。据了解，目前没有中方人员伤亡。我们对此次事件感到震惊，对不幸遇难者表示哀悼，向遇难者家属和伤者致以诚挚慰问，祝愿伤者早日康复。

In response, Lin told Tuesday's press conference that China has taken note of relevant reports regarding the explosion incident in New Delhi, India. According to available information, there were no Chinese casualties. 

Lin said that we are shocked by this incident, convey condolences to the victims, extend sincere sympathies to the families of the deceased and the injured, and wish the injured a speedy recovery.
