All flights canceled on 46 Chinese mainland-Japan routes for coming two weeks: platform

The aviation market between Chinese mainland and Japan shows no sign of recovery, with over 2,100 flights from Chinese mainland to Japan already canceled for January next year, and 46 routes set to have "zero flights" in the coming two weeks, industry information platform showed on Monday. 

According to data provided by the Flight Master, 2,195 flights between Chinese mainland and Japan have been canceled for January 2026, representing an overall cancellation rate of 40.4 percent.

Among these, 46 routes have canceled all scheduled flights over the next two weeks, resulting in a 100 percent cancellation rate.

The canceled routes include from Shenyang to Osaka, from Chengdu to Osaka, and from Nanjing to Fukuoka, the platform said.
