China has noted relevant reports, says FM spokesperson on reported Trump claim welcoming Chinese investment in Venezuelan oil

When asked whether China is currently in talks with the US over purchasing Venezuelan oil, following media reports that US President Donald Trump said last Saturday he would welcome such an agreement, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said on Monday that "China has noted the relevant reports."
