Uruguayan President Yamandu Orsi toured Shanghai’s iconic Yuyuan Garden on Thursday at noon. The garden is currently adorned with Spring Festival–themed decorations. Orsi is the second foreign leader to visit the site in 2026, following British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who toured Yuyuan Garden last Friday.
