The commemoration of the victims of the 1999 NATO aggression was held on March 24 on the square in front of the National Museum in Vranje, Serbia. Aleksandar Vucic, President of the Republic of Serbia, said in a speech that “Those who do not draw lessons from their own history will never learn anything from the history of other nations,” according to Serbian media reports.
