毛宁对此表示，霍尔木兹海峡通航受阻的根源是美国和以色列对伊朗的非法军事行动，只有停火止战，实现海湾地区的和平稳定，才能从根本上维护国际航道的安全畅通。各方应当共同努力推动局势降温，防止地区局势动荡对全球经济和能源安全造成更大的影响。

Spokesperson Mao Ning said that the root cause of the obstruction to navigation in the Strait of Hormuz is the illegal military actions by the United States and Israel against Iran. Only by ceasing fire and stopping the war, and realizing peace and stability in the Gulf region, can the safety and unimpeded flow of international waterways be fundamentally safeguarded. All parties should jointly make efforts to promote the de-escalation of the situation and prevent regional turbulence from causing even greater impact on the global economy and energy security.
