To Lam, general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and Vietnamese president, took the Fuxing high-speed train to visit Xiong'an New Area on April 14 during his state visit to China, China Media Group (CMG) reported on Tuesday. To Lam said on board that the two parties and the two countries should strengthen strategic synergy and pursue common development, according to CMG.
