The company's relevant departments immediately started to compile a full-process guide in both text and pictures for online bill inquiries and electronic invoice issuance, forming an electronic document and printing paper promotional materials, which were used by the window staff to guide the public and provide hands-on teaching based on the illustrations. At the same time, the company also sent text and picture guides to online customers who inquired about the business, reducing the need for in-person visits from the source and effectively improving the quality and efficiency of government services.
