S. Korea's ex-first lady Kim handed 7-year sentence for sale of gov't posts

South Korea's Seoul Central District Court on Friday handed a 7-year prison sentence for Kim Keon-hee, wife of former President Yoon Suk-yeol, for corruption, including the sale of government posts.
