15 killed after boat capsizes off Vietnam's Phu Quoc island

Fifteen people were killed after a boat capsized in waters off Vietnam's southern Phu Quoc island on Saturday, local media VnExpress reported.
The boat was carrying 35 people when it capsized, the report said.
