Toyota puts quality first

It has been some months since Toyota became mired in a series of recalls involving sticky accelerator pedals. Now the company is trying to rebuild its reputation for safety and quality. The company says its utmost priority was safety and quality while designing the Etios sedan that was just launched in India.

Akio Toyoda, President of Toyota Motors Cooperation said "Our highest priority was quality first... so customers can feel safe and comfortable riding in this car... so Etios actually symbolizes quality."
